Frequently asked questions
How do INCC-M, INCC-DI and INCC-10 differ?
All three INCC variants measure construction costs but use different collection periods. INCC-M covers the 21st of the previous month through the 20th of the reference month; INCC-DI covers the first through the last day of the month; and INCC-10 covers the 11th of the previous month through the 10th of the reference month. This page presents INCC-M. For contractual adjustments, check the variant and period specified in your agreement.
