Who Created It

Calculaderia was created by Saulo Faria, a software engineer passionate about building tools that help people. The project was born to make financial calculations clearer and more accessible, with accurate, easy-to-use tools.

Methodology

We use standard market financial formulas. For mortgages, we implement SAC and Price systems as practiced by Brazilian banks. For investments, we consider taxation (income tax, IOF) and inflation when applicable.
