Our Mission
Democratize access to quality financial tools. We believe everyone should have free access to accurate calculators to understand mortgages, investments and compare options before making important decisions.
Who Created It
Calculaderia was created by Saulo Faria, a software engineer passionate about building tools that help people. The project was born from frustration with confusing, inaccurate or ad-filled online financial calculators.
Open Source
All of Calculaderia's code is available on GitHub. This means you can see exactly how the calculations are made, suggest improvements or even contribute new features.

We use standard market financial formulas. For mortgages, we implement SAC and Price systems as practiced by Brazilian banks. For investments, we consider taxation (income tax, IOF) and inflation when applicable.
