How to calculate monthly FGTS
The monthly estimate uses the FGTS base you typed and applies the standard 8% rate. In apprentice mode, it applies 2%.
The tool does not classify payroll rubrics. Enter the base you want to test from a payslip, payroll record, or professional guidance.
FGTS on 13th salary and termination bases
13th salary may generate an additional deposit when you enter its corresponding base.
Termination amounts enter only as user-entered base; the calculator does not decide notice pay, averages, additions, or rubric incidence.
How to estimate the 40% or 20% FGTS fine
Dismissal without cause and recognized indirect termination use 40% over the entered or estimated base. CLT art. 484-A agreement and mutual fault/force majeure use 20%.
Resignation, dismissal for cause, and no-termination simulations show zero fine in this version.
When to enter the official FGTS balance
Enter the official balance or base when you have an extract, FGTS Digital value, or termination base. Without it, the calculator uses estimated deposits without correction, interest, or profit.
What this calculator does not do
It does not calculate domestic-worker DAE/eSocial, late FGTS, correction, interest, TR/IPCA, JAM, profit distribution, anniversary withdrawal, financing, or FGTS-backed loans.
It also does not generate guides, send eSocial events, or replace CAIXA, FGTS Digital, TRCT, official payroll, or professional review.
Official FGTS sources
The 2026-06-22 version was built from official MTE sources and federal legislation.
