How it works
Brazilian Law 11,788/2008 provides 30 recess days per year and proportional recess for shorter periods, paid when a stipend is paid. This simulation uses 2.5 days per confirmed month and a fixed 30-day divisor; the law does not define a universal partial-month rounding or cash-settlement algorithm.
Example
A BRL 1,200 stipend, six months, 15 unpaid stipend days and no recess taken yield BRL 600 stipend + BRL 600 conversion of 15 recess days = BRL 1,200 gross.
Limitations
Assumes a lawful internship without an employment relationship. Does not assess irregular employment, taxes, variable stipends, allowances, advances or debts. Contracts over 24 months and exceptions need separate assessment. Confirm figures with the provider and educational institution.

Does this include FGTS, 13th salary or one-third?
These CLT items are excluded for a lawful internship. Irregular employment situations require professional assessment.
